Kandi’s journey in the finance world began in 2007 when she started working with a property investment company in Queensland. Her role was all about helping property investors map out smart finance strategies and guiding them through the loan application process. But Kandi had bigger dreams—so in 2010, she took the leap and started her own business, focusing on helping people invest in property through individual, company/trust, and SMSF lending structures.
What really lights Kandi up? Seeing her clients smash their financial goals—whether it’s scoring their dream home, growing their investment portfolio, or even passing down financial wisdom to their kids. Nothing makes her happier than seeing the next generation get a head start in property.
In 2018, Kandi took a little detour from finance to take on a whole new challenge—working as a youth worker for Child Services. It was tough, emotional, and incredibly rewarding, but deep down, she knew finance was her true calling. So in 2021, she made a comeback, this time with even more passion for helping people get ahead in life through smart finance moves.
When she’s not crunching numbers or securing the best deals for her clients, Kandi loves giving back to the community. She’s an active volunteer with the SES and Lions International, always looking for ways to make a difference.
