With over twenty years of experience in both finance and medical research, Siva has cultivated a versatile and comprehensive skill set. Her expertise spans transformative bench-to-bedside research and the delivery of end-to-end consumer banking solutions. Siva’s professional background includes employment with a mortgage management firm and working for three of the four major banks, showcasing a breadth of banking knowledge, from client relationship management to credit assessments and post-settlement services.
Originally from Singapore, Siva made the move to Australia for her education. Imbued with the values of self-education and wealth creation, she was motivated to embody these principles in her own life. Siva considers knowledge itself as a form of wealth and property investment as one of many tools for wealth creation and maintenance.
Siva herself is a property investor. Her transition into becoming a Mortgage Broker was guided by her passion to support individuals to build wealth, including strategic property investments, and assist them to achieve the financial security they seek.
Away from her professional endeavours, Siva enjoys travel, and spending time with her young family. Additionally, she has a passion for interior decorating and small-scale renovations.
