With 20 years of experience in the Financial Planning industry, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to WiZDOM. Over the course of her career, Melissa has developed a diverse skill set through her roles as a Superannuation and Personal Insurance Adviser, Paraplanner, Trainer, and Compliance Manager. Her extensive background, including over a decade spent with one of the Big 4 financial institutions, has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of the industry, enabling her to provide exceptional support to both WiZDOM and its clients.

In late 2024, Melissa joined WiZDOM as an Associate Adviser, where she has found her passion working in the Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) space. Her deep and developing understanding of SMSFs allows her to support the team to create tailored strategies for clients to reach their financial goals.

In addition to her professional work, Melissa is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of finance professionals. She currently teaches Commerce and Business Studies, bringing real-world financial expertise into the classroom to inspire and develop aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and financial specialists.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, surfing, snorkelling, and hiking. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her career, as she believes in the importance of balanced living and the pursuit of personal and professional growth.
